Waasizo is a peer-to-peer marketplace. Products are listed and fulfilled by individual sellers, not directly by DiversusPro LLC. This means return and refund resolution begins with the seller. If a resolution cannot be reached, Waasizo will step in to mediate.
Buyers may request a return or refund within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to open a dispute on your behalf.
To initiate a return:

The following are generally not eligible for refunds: buyer's remorse (changed mind), minor cosmetic differences not materially affecting the product, damage caused by the buyer after receipt, or items explicitly listed as final sale.
Digital goods, subscription activations (e.g., Spotify codes), and downloadable content are non-refundable once delivered and accessed, unless the product is proven defective or fraudulent.
When a return is approved:
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe back to the original payment method. Refund timing:
Waasizo will confirm refund issuance via email once processed.
Sellers are required to:
Sellers who repeatedly fail to honor return obligations may have their accounts suspended.
If a buyer and seller cannot resolve a dispute, either party may escalate to Waasizo by emailing rickgrant@diversuspro.com with the order number and supporting documentation (photos, tracking, correspondence). Waasizo's decision in mediated disputes is final.
