This Seller Agreement governs your use of the Waasizo seller platform. By applying to sell on Waasizo and accessing your seller dashboard, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in addition to our general Terms of Service.
To sell on Waasizo, you must:
Approval is at the sole discretion of DiversusPro LLC. We reserve the right to decline any application without explanation.
Once approved, you may list products immediately with no per-item review required. You are solely responsible for every listing you create. All products must:
Waasizo reserves the right to remove any listing at any time that violates this Agreement or our platform guidelines.
The following items are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension: counterfeit goods, stolen property, controlled substances, weapons, adult content, items that violate export laws, pyramid schemes, and any item illegal under applicable law.
Sellers set their own prices subject to the $20.00 minimum. Waasizo charges a platform transaction fee on each completed sale. The current fee schedule is displayed in your seller dashboard. Fees are deducted automatically from the sale amount before payout.
Fees are subject to change with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of revised fees.
You agree to:
Failure to fulfill orders consistently may result in account suspension.
Shipping fees are calculated in real time based on the distance between your registered location and the buyer's delivery address. You are required to use the Waasizo-integrated EasyPost label system for all orders. This ensures tracking information is automatically recorded and accessible to both parties.
You agree to honor returns and issue refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy. Specifically:
Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect to your connected bank account. You must maintain a valid, active Stripe Connect account to receive payments. Payouts are subject to:
You are responsible for all taxes on income earned through Waasizo. DiversusPro LLC does not provide tax advice.
As a Waasizo seller, you agree not to:
DiversusPro LLC may suspend or permanently terminate your seller account for:
Suspension pulls all active listings immediately. Outstanding orders must still be fulfilled or refunded. Upon termination, any pending payouts may be held during an investigation period.
By selling on Waasizo, you represent and warrant that:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DiversusPro LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your listings, your products, your fulfillment practices, or your violation of this Agreement.
DiversusPro LLC may modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to your registered address. Continued use of your seller dashboard after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
