Waasizo is an online commerce marketplace operated by DiversusPro LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Waasizo connects independent sellers with buyers seeking curated technology, lifestyle, and consumer products. We are not the seller of record for third-party products listed on the platform.
Our platform is accessible at waasizo.com and any associated subdomains or IP addresses.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Waasizo. By using our platform you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Waasizo is not available to persons previously suspended or removed from the platform.

As a buyer on Waasizo, you agree that:
Sellers on Waasizo must apply and be approved before listing products. Once approved:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and removal of all listings.
Waasizo charges a platform transaction fee on each completed sale. Current fee schedules are available in the Seller Dashboard. Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active sellers.
The following are strictly prohibited on Waasizo:
All Waasizo branding, design, code, and content (excluding user-submitted content) is the exclusive property of DiversusPro LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
By submitting product listings, images, or other content to Waasizo, you grant DiversusPro LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and promote that content on the platform.
Waasizo integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payment processing), EasyPost (shipping), Amazon Associates, and Spotify affiliate programs. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. DiversusPro LLC is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party providers.
WAASIZO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIVERSUSPRO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF WAASIZO, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WAASIZO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DiversusPro LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of Waasizo, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first be submitted to informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Commercial Arbitration Rules in Louisville, Kentucky. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Waasizo after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
