Shipping Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026  ·  Last Updated: April 25, 2026  ·  DiversusPro LLC d/b/a Waasizo

Shipping on Waasizo is distance-based and calculated in real time at checkout. Your final shipping cost depends on where the seller is located and where you need it delivered.

1. How Shipping Works

Waasizo is a seller marketplace. Each product ships directly from the individual seller to you. Shipping labels are generated through EasyPost, our shipping carrier partner, which provides real-time rates from USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers.

The shipping fee displayed at checkout reflects the actual carrier rate — we do not mark up shipping costs.

2. Vault Partner Shipping

Select Vault items are fulfilled through our International Distribution Centers — our exclusive network of global fulfillment partners. These items are hand-selected by the Waasizo sourcing team and routed through our secure logistics chain.

Orders carrying the 🌐 Vault Partner Shipping designation have a standard delivery window of 7–18 business days. All Vault Partner Shipments:

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their destination country.

3. Distance-Based Pricing

Shipping fees are not flat-rate. The cost is calculated based on:

Two buyers purchasing the same item may pay different shipping rates if they are located at different distances from the seller. This is a feature, not a bug — you only pay for the actual cost of getting your order to you.

5. Carriers and Transit Times

Domestic (USA)

2–7 business days depending on carrier and distance. USPS Priority Mail is the default preferred carrier where available.

International

International shipping availability varies by seller location. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Processing Time

Sellers are expected to ship within 1–3 business days of receiving a paid order.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every order once the seller generates a shipping label. Track your package directly with the carrier.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Waasizo and sellers are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to buyer-provided errors. Address corrections after an order is placed may not be possible once a label has been generated.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

8. Seller Shipping Obligations

Sellers on Waasizo are required to:

9. PO Boxes and Delivery Restrictions

Most items can be shipped to PO Boxes via USPS. However, some larger items or certain carriers may not support PO Box delivery. If your order cannot be delivered to a PO Box, you will be notified at checkout.
