Create your seller account in under two minutes. Submit your business details and we'll review your application once — not for every listing. Once approved and verified, you have full access to the marketplace with no restrictions on how many products you can list.
Head to your seller dashboard and add your products. Every listing needs a title, a price, a product link from your supplier or store, and a category. Verified merchants go live the moment they hit publish — zero wait time. Product images are pulled from your URL automatically.
When an order comes in, we generate a prepaid shipping label through EasyPost at discounted carrier rates — USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Print it, pack it, drop it off. Tracking is updated automatically and both you and the buyer get real-time delivery notifications. No carrier accounts required on your end.
Payment is held in Stripe escrow until delivery is confirmed. Once the buyer receives their order, funds are released directly to your connected Stripe account — minus the platform fee. Payouts hit your bank account on Stripe's standard rolling schedule (typically 2 business days after release).
Physical goods, verified digital subscriptions, and affiliate-linked marketplace products are all welcome. Items must be accurately described and immediately available.
Describe condition, specs, and any limitations clearly. Misrepresentation — even unintentional — is grounds for listing removal and account review.
Counterfeit items, stolen goods, regulated substances, and anything prohibited by US law are permanently banned. Violations result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.
A valid credit or debit card on file is mandatory for every seller — Individual Collector and Licensed Merchant alike. This card is never charged for normal operations. It exists solely as a protection mechanism for buyers and the platform.
In the event of a confirmed refund or a buyer-protection claim that cannot be resolved by the existing payout balance, the backup payment method is charged to cover the shortfall. This ensures that every buyer who purchases through Waasizo is fully protected, and that sellers of integrity never operate alongside those who are not.
Prepaid shipping label costs are also covered by this method if a payout balance is insufficient at time of label generation. The card is stored securely via Stripe and is never shared or visible to Waasizo staff.

Note: The standard platform tribute applies to all sales including those originating from TikTok Shop or Facebook Marketplace. Revenue Guard automatically routes channel sales back to the Vault and deducts the tribute before payout.
How do I pay for Ignition Pro?
Navigate to your Seller Backoffice › Vault Insights tab. Link your card for the $5 monthly tribute there. Access is granted instantly upon confirmation — Social Sync and all Pro analytics unlock simultaneously.
What happens if my $5 payment fails?
If the monthly tribute is not received, the Vault will temporarily Extinguish your Pro features — Social Sync and advanced analytics will pause until a valid backup payment method is restored. Your listings remain active.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can extinguish your Pro subscription at any time via the Vault Insights dashboard. Access continues through the end of your current billing cycle.
What are the platform tribute rates?
Flame Collector (Standard) — 10% flat tribute per sale. Business Basic and Business Standard rates are set separately. This applies to all Waasizo sales, TikTok Shop sales, and Facebook Marketplace sales routed through the Vault.
Membership in the Vault is a privilege. Merchants must maintain the highest standards of artifact quality, shipping speed, and integrity. Any shadow of deceit or low-quality craftsmanship will result in immediate and permanent extinguishment from the Forge.
