Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the Exchange — buying, selling, and the Vault.

🏭 About the Exchange
WaaSizo operates a two-tier marketplace: The Vault and The Market.
  • The Vault is our hand-picked, in-house inventory. Every item is curated directly by WaaSizo — sourced, priced, and quality-checked by our team. No third-party seller involved.
  • The Market is an open exchange where independent merchants move their own inventory under our "Executive Stealth" safety shield. Every Market seller is manually vetted before their listings go live.
Think of The Vault as our boutique and The Market as our curated department floor. Both meet the same quality bar — just different sources.
  • Vault items ship from our global fulfillment partners — plain packaging, no supplier invoices, zero external branding. Your neighbors won't know what you bought.
  • Market items ship directly from the merchant, but always under our Executive Stealth packaging rules: no branded boxes, no packing slips with supplier info.
Either way, your order arrives discreet and protected.
All transactions are processed by Stripe Connect — enterprise-grade payment infrastructure trusted by the world's top platforms. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe; WaaSizo never sees or stores them. For Market orders, we hold the seller's funds in a 24-hour Vault Hold until the tracking shows your package is in transit — so the seller only gets paid when they actually ship.
📦 Shipping & Stealth
Blind Shipping means your package arrives in plain, unmarked packaging with no supplier invoices, no external branding, and no WaaSizo logos on the box. It looks like a regular parcel from a fulfillment center. This is our standard for all Vault and Market orders — non-negotiable.
Some Vault items ship from our International Distribution Centers via our exclusive global fulfillment partners. Every piece in this program is hand-selected from our network of master craftsmen and verified suppliers, then routed through our secure logistics chain directly to your door.
  • Delivery window: 7–18 business days depending on destination
  • Tracking: provided on every order once dispatched
  • Packaging: plain, discreet — no external branding, no supplier invoices, no WaaSizo logos on the box
  • Quality: all items pass our sourcing team's selection criteria before listing
If your order carries the 🌐 Vault Partner Shipping badge, expect a slightly longer window than domestic shipments. The find is worth the wait.
Once your order ships, a tracking number is added to your buyer dashboard and emailed to you. International orders routed through our partner network may show a 1–3 day delay before the tracking number becomes active with the final-mile carrier. If tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of your ship confirmation, contact our support team.
🛡 Safety & Returns
Vault items are reviewed by our sourcing team before being added to the platform. Market items go through a seller-level vetting — we review the seller's identity and history, not each individual product. Our content filter also scans every listing title and description for banned terms and suspicious URLs before publication.
Yes. WaaSizo honors a 30-day return window from the delivery date for any item that arrives damaged, materially different from the listing, or unworn/unused in original packaging. To start a return, open the order in your Buyer Dashboard and click "Request Return" — we coordinate the label and the refund. Final-sale items (Grail of the Day, custom-made commissions, opened fragrances) are excluded. Full terms: refund policy.
Open a dispute from your Buyer Dashboard within 14 days of expected delivery (lost) or within 72 hours of receipt (damaged). Include photos for damage claims. We hold the seller's funds in escrow during the dispute window — you're never out of pocket while we investigate.
All jewelry listed on WaaSizo must declare the material type. Sellers are required to disclose whether a piece is solid gold, gold-plated, sterling silver, or alloy. Listings with misleading material claims are removed and the seller is flagged. If your jewelry causes skin discoloration, contact support — we'll investigate the listing.
🤵 Merchant Status
Every seller goes through a manual vetting process before any listing goes live. Here is exactly what happens:
  • Step 1 — Application submitted. You complete the seller application at seller-signup, choosing your tier (Flame Collector, Sizzling, or Superheated) and uploading the required identity documents.
  • Step 2 — Document review. The WaaSizo verification team reviews your government-issued photo ID. Sizzling and Superheated applicants also submit a business license or equivalent registration document. Both must match — mismatched or expired documents are rejected immediately.
  • Step 3 — Identity confirmation. We cross-reference the submitted ID against the name, email, and business details on the application. Any inconsistency pauses the review and triggers a follow-up request.
  • Step 4 — Category review. We confirm the seller's intended product categories are permitted under our merchandise-only policy. No music, no services, no restricted goods.
  • Step 5 — Decision emailed within 48 hours. Approved sellers receive a confirmation email with a link to activate their dashboard. Rejected applications receive a reason and, where possible, guidance on reapplying.
  • Step 6 — Go live instantly. Once approved, listings publish immediately — no per-item queue. Our content filter runs on every submission and flags anything that needs a manual second look.
Vetting is done once at the seller level. After that, your reputation is your standing. Two verified buyer complaints result in permanent account removal and all listings pulled simultaneously.
The Verified Seller badge is exclusive to Superheated Membership holders — it cannot be earned or purchased separately. To carry it, a seller must:
  • Hold an active Superheated Membership ($2,500/yr plan confirmed by WaaSizo).
  • Pass full identity verification — government-issued photo ID reviewed and matched to the account holder.
  • Pass business document verification — LLC certificate, DBA filing, Articles of Organization, or equivalent registration document reviewed and confirmed current.
  • Maintain zero safety strikes. A single upheld content violation removes the badge pending review. Two confirmed strikes result in permanent removal.
The badge signals to buyers that this seller's real identity and business registration have been personally reviewed by the WaaSizo team — not just algorithmically screened. It appears on every listing the seller publishes and on their public seller profile.
The Scarlet Elite Badge is awarded to top-performing Market sellers who meet all of the following:
  • Zero safety strikes or content violations
  • Minimum 90-day selling history on the platform
  • Order completion rate above 95%
  • Positive buyer feedback maintained
Elite merchants unlock priority placement in the Market grid and early access to new platform features.
Buying
Add items to your cart, hit checkout, and pay directly on WaaSizo — we handle the entire transaction via Stripe, enterprise-grade payment infrastructure. There's no redirect to a third-party seller's site. Whether the item is a Vault piece or a Market listing, you check out once and we coordinate the rest. Server-side price validation runs on every order, so the price you see is the price you pay.
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), plus Apple Pay and Google Pay for one-tap mobile checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe — your card data never touches our servers.
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay — Express Checkout buttons appear automatically on supported devices
  • Card payments — encrypted by Stripe end-to-end (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified)
  • Saved cards — Stripe stores them securely; WaaSizo never sees the number
For orders totaling $500 or more from marketplace sellers, WaaSizo automatically runs a supplier pre-vetting check before clearing the seller to fulfill. This applies to sellers who have not yet earned a Verified Seller badge. You place your order normally — the extra layer happens entirely on our end, between WaaSizo and the supplier. You don't have to do anything additional. Here is what we do on your behalf:
  • Step 1 — Order triggers a supplier review. When a qualifying order comes in, our team reviews the fulfilling supplier before releasing shipment clearance. We check that the supplier's account is in good standing, their inventory claims are credible, and they have a clean fulfillment record.
  • Step 2 — Supplier capacity confirmed. We verify that the supplier can actually deliver the full quantity at the listed quality. Suppliers who cannot demonstrate capacity for the order size are flagged and the order is held — your funds stay in escrow the entire time.
  • Step 3 — Clearance issued or order reassigned. If the supplier clears our review, fulfillment is authorized and they ship on their normal timeline. If they fail, we either reassign the order to a pre-vetted alternative supplier or cancel it entirely with a full refund — your choice.
  • Step 4 — Funds stay in escrow until delivery confirmed. Funds are held until tracking shows delivered — not just in-transit. No seller touches a cent of your payment until the package is in your hands.
As a buyer, you never interact with this process — it runs silently in the background as a protection layer. If your order is ever held because of a supplier issue, we email you immediately with options.

Prefer to skip the vetting? During checkout you can choose to bypass supplier pre-vetting for a one-time $299 bypass fee. To do so you must check a waiver and provide a digital signature confirming you accept full responsibility. This option moves the order directly to fulfillment without WaaSizo's supplier review. We recommend keeping vetting on for any high-value order from an unverified seller.
As soon as your payment clears, you'll receive a one-time secure download link for the PDF. Once you download the file, it's yours for good. Save it to your phone, laptop, cloud drive — whatever works. WaaSizo doesn't host re-download pages, doesn't apply DRM, and doesn't expire your access. Treat the download like getting a physical book in the mail: it's permanently yours from the moment you receive it.
  • One-time secure link generated per order
  • No re-download portal — back up the file yourself
  • No DRM, no read-limit, no expiration on the file
  • Refunds available within 24 hours if the file is corrupt or materially different from the listing
Tap the small torch icon on any product card to "ignite" it — that adds the item to your Ignited Items wishlist. The flame in the nav bar shows your saved count, and you can revisit them any time at waasizo.com/wishlist. If you opt in to Watch Alerts on a saved item, we email you when the price drops more than 5%.
The Daily Steals strip on the homepage rotates every 24 hours. Each day, our algorithm surfaces top picks across the full catalog — fragrances, tech, designer goods, footwear, and more — weighted by sales velocity, margin, and freshness. The set holds steady all day so you can return and grab your pick, then resets at midnight.
The Grail is a single artifact of the day — hand-selected from the Vault for peak provenance and value. It's held for 24 hours only; at midnight, the flame is extinguished and the artifact returns to the shadows. If you see a Grail, act fast — the same piece won't return as a Grail tomorrow.
Click the Scarlet Torch in the corner of any page to open your AI shopping concierge. The Guide knows our full live catalog (Vault + Marketplace), the daily Grail, seasonal drops, and seller policies — ask it for grail recommendations, fragrance pairings, designer-bag matches, or how shipping works on a specific listing. Replies stream in from Claude. We cap daily costs to keep the service free for shoppers.
The blue Waasizo Official badge marks items curated and listed directly by the Waasizo platform — not by a third-party seller. These are hand-picked steals, rare finds, and platform-exclusive drops. Quality and authenticity are guaranteed by us.
  • Curated by the Waasizo team
  • No third-party seller involved
  • Price set directly by Waasizo — includes platform-exclusive steals and drops
The gold Verified Seller badge means this seller's identity and product catalogue have been manually reviewed and approved by Waasizo. Verified sellers have passed our vetting process and agreed to our seller standards.
Limited Edition items are restricted drops — low stock, short window. When they're gone, they're gone. Act fast.
Selling
WaaSizo has two seller tiers. No monthly subscription — you only pay when you sell.
  • Flame Collector (individual sellers, free to join) — 10% platform fee per sale · up to 50 active listings · standard visibility
  • Sizzling Membership (business sellers, $1,000/yr) — 0% commission · unlimited listings · priority Heat placement · Merchant Seal badge · dedicated account support
  • Superheated Membership (elite sellers, $2,500/yr) — 0% commission · unlimited listings · top search priority · Verified Supplier badge · homepage featured placement · RFQ buyer leads
  • Digital Downloads & Original Works (PDF guides, ebooks, art prints, handmade pieces) — standard platform fee applies. No premium rate.
  • Fee is deducted automatically at checkout — no invoices, no manual steps
  • Two verified complaints = permanent account exile. Your reputation is your most valuable asset here.
  • You can upgrade from Flame Collector to Sizzling or Superheated Membership any time from your seller dashboard
There is no fixed minimum price. Listings must be priced above $0 and accurately represent the item. The Profit Guard system automatically deactivates any listing where the net margin (after platform fee and cost) falls below 15% — so unsustainably low prices are caught automatically.
Submit your seller application at waasizo.com/seller-signup. Our team reviews every application manually — typically within 48 hours. Once approved, you can list products immediately with no per-item review queue (except items flagged by our content filter, which go to manual review).
WaaSizo verifies every seller before listings go live. Document requirements depend on your tier:
  • Flame Collector — a clear photo or PDF of a government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID).
  • Sizzling or Superheated Membership — a government-issued photo ID for the principal owner (driver's license, passport, or state ID), plus your business license or equivalent registration document (LLC certificate, DBA, Articles of Organization, etc.). Both are required.
Files must be PDF, JPG, PNG, or WebP and under 10 MB each. Documents are stored in a private vault outside the public web — only the WaaSizo verification team can access them.
WaaSizo verifies your identity before you list, but your local jurisdiction may require additional licensing. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining whatever applies in your city, state, or country:
  • General Business License — required by most cities or counties to operate legally within their jurisdiction.
  • Sales Tax Permit (Seller's Permit) — generally mandatory to collect and remit sales tax on taxable goods.
  • Home Occupation Permit — often needed if you operate, store inventory, or ship products from a residential home.
  • Industry-Specific Licenses — required for specialized items like alcohol, tobacco, or regulated health products.
WaaSizo does not file these for you. At signup you confirm you'll secure any required licensing before listing — failure to comply can result in account suspension and personal legal liability.
Payouts run through Stripe Connect, deposited directly to your linked bank account.
  • 24-hour Vault Hold — funds clear after the carrier scans your package as in-transit. This protects buyers and rewards sellers who actually ship.
  • Standard payout cadence — daily after the hold clears, typically arriving in your bank in 2 business days.
  • Platform fee is deducted before payout (10% for Flame Collector; 0% for Sizzling & Superheated members — your yearly plan is the only cost). No invoices — your dashboard shows gross, fee, and net for every order.
  • 1099-K reporting — Stripe issues yearly tax forms when you cross IRS thresholds.
Profit Guard is our automated margin watchdog. If a sourced item's net margin (after platform fee and supplier cost) falls below 15%, the listing is automatically deactivated and the seller is alerted. We'd rather pull a listing than burn the seller on a thin sale. Re-list at a viable price and the listing reactivates.
Every listing's title and description run through our content filter at submission. Flags are triggered by:
  • Banned terms (counterfeit signals, restricted goods, prohibited claims)
  • Shortened or suspicious URLs in the description
  • Trademarked brand impersonation
  • Misleading material claims (e.g., "solid gold" on plated jewelry)
Flagged listings are held for manual review — usually decided within 24 hours. Your other listings stay live during review.
Refer another vetted seller through your dashboard's referral link. When they're approved and complete their first sale, a credit appears on your next payout. The torch passes — and the marketplace grows.
WaaSizo is a merchandise-only platform — no music, no services. Active categories:
  • Designer Threads · Elite Smells (Fragrances) · Jewelry & Watches
  • Vehicles · Automotive · Tech · Phone Accessories
  • Footwear · Clothes · Beauty & Personal Care · Face Care · Hair Care & Styling
  • Furniture · Art · General Merchandise
  • Health & Wellness · Outdoor & Camping · Sporting Goods · Fishing
  • Cleaning & Organization · Toys & Games · Pet Supplies
All product images must be square 1:1 photographs of the actual item — no illustrations or rendered art.
Yes. When listing a product, check the Limited Edition option. This adds the amber ⚡ badge to your listing, signaling scarcity. Waasizo may audit limited edition claims — misuse can result in account suspension.
Platform
Waasizo is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — no app store required. On mobile, tap Share → Add to Home Screen (iOS) or Menu → Install App (Android) to pin it to your home screen. You'll get a full-screen, app-like experience with instant access to your order history, wishlist, saved addresses, and the Vault — without the overhead of a native install.
